Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to place your order - the balance is due when your produts are ready for delivery/collection
• Once we have received the deposit on your order we will confirm designs and products with you before we start making them
• Once we have completed your order we will send you photos of the products - if you are happy with all the products we require the full payment on your order before they can be collected/dispatched
• Payments need to be made directly into our bank account and the proof of payment needs to be sent to creativecarvessa@gmail.com - please use your Invoice Number as the payment reference
• All deposits are non-refundable
• All orders need to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance
• Prices as quoted exclude any delivery, packaging & courier fees
• An additional design fee may be charged if your order or products need any specialized designing
• Some of our products have minimum orders - this will be specified on the product description page
• Creative Carves retains the copyright on all images of products and reserves the right to publish mages for marketing purposes

 

Shipping

• Items can be collected from our office in Stals Road, Bloemfontein by arrangement
• A minimum packaging & courier fee of R160 will be charged from Bloemfontein to all major cities in South Africa for packages under 2kg - larger/heavier parcels may be charged at a higher rate - the specific rate will be confirmed once your order has been received
• Once we have received final payment the dispatch date will be confirmed with you. We will send you a tracking number for your parcel which can be tracked on the chosen courier company website
• Parcels may take 1 - 5 days to reach their destination, depending on your area
• No parcels will be sent over weekends
• Parcels are sent uninsured - insurance can be arranged with the courier company at an additional cost

Website usage information may be collected using “cookies” which allows us to collect standard internet visitor usage information.

We will use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and agreed with you.  In addition, where necessary your information may be retained for legal or research purposes.

• To confirm and verify your identity or to verify that you are an authorised user for security purposes;

According to the Act ‘‘personal information’’ means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.  Further to the POPI Act, Creative Carves also includes the following items as personal information:

All addresses including residential, postal and email addresses.

Contact details including cellphone number and email address
